Clean bedding and comfortable pillows enhanced my stay.
After being moved to a second room, I found cracked tiles and graffiti on the wall. Additionally, the entry door was unsecured, making me feel unsafe during my stay.

What they got right and wrong
The location of this property was quite convenient, with easy access to various businesses! Also, the manager was friendly enough to assist us with the TV when we encountered issues.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the lack of breakfast offerings. The atmosphere felt quite dreary, and we faced a frustrating check-in process that left us feeling unwelcome.

absoluteley the worst stay ever! no hot water, only lukewarm showers? how quaint. plus, terrible service from rude staff who acted like we were inconveniencing them for asking for breakfast. after driving all night, you'd think some complimentary coffee woudl ve been a given. i almost thought of leaving a decent review, but i just couldn’t.

Just a solid selection for a weekend break in Greenwood with outstanding value. Liked that the air conditioning worked well, making the hot days more comfortable. Stay away from the basement entrance, it looks a bit sketchy.

missingWrote a review on May 25comfortable roomhelpful managerlack of breakfastpoor signagechallenging entrance
Clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations made for a pleasant night. The hotel manager went out of his way to help with the TV setup, which I appreciated. However, a significant downside was the absence of any breakfast offerings, and I found it challenging to locate the entrance due to poor signage. The overall experience was decent, but improvements in service and amenities would make a notable difference.
